Terms of Services
Last updated:
We like to keep our rules as clean as our workspaces. By purchasing a product from Avarro, you agree to these simple terms.
1. What you CAN do (Your License)
When you buy a Notion template from us, you are purchasing a single-use license. This means you are completely free to:
Duplicate the system into your own personal or business Notion workspace.
Modify, customize, and adapt the architecture to fit your exact workflow.
Share the workspace internally with your team or use it to collaborate with your clients (e.g., using the Client Portal).
2. What you CANNOT do (The Restrictions)
Please respect the hundreds of hours of engineering we put into building these systems. You may strictly not:
Resell, share, or distribute the duplication links publicly or privately.
Repackage our templates or components to sell as a competing commercial product.
Claim our original designs, frameworks, or databases as your own work.
3. Liability ("As is")
We build robust, battle-tested systems, but Notion is a third-party tool that updates constantly. Our products are provided "as is." Avarro is not legally or financially liable for any lost data, business interruptions, or operational hiccups that occur while using our templates. Always keep backups of your important data.
4. Custom Consulting
If you hire us for a custom "Done-for-you" Notion build, the specific rules, deliverables, and payment terms will be completely outlined in a separate, dedicated contract (Statement of Work) before we begin the project.
