No. Our systems are fully optimized to work on Notion's free plan. However, if you plan to upload files larger than 5MB or collaborate with a large team, upgrading to a Notion Plus plan is recommended.
I'm not a Notion expert. Is the setup complex?
Not at all. It's a true "Plug & Play" experience. You just click "Duplicate" to copy the entire workspace into your own Notion account. Plus, you get a comprehensive video onboarding to guide you step-by-step.
Will I get updates when Notion releases new features?
Yes! As Notion constantly ships new updates (like new database views, formulas, or automations), we upgrade our architecture. You get lifetime access to all future iterations of the template at no extra cost.
Can I customize the databases and layouts?
